I travel across North America frequently for business, from south to north and east to west. Everywhere I go, I make it a point to try the local pho restaurants, and I have to say—this one is hands down the best I've ever been to! The broth is rich and perfectly balanced, the noodles are fresh, and the service is outstanding. If you're looking for authentic, high-quality pho, this place is a must-visit. Strongly recommend!

I tried Co Ba Bistro last night for the first time and was blown away! The bao buns were absolutely amazing; I loved the crispy fried onions on top and the pillowy soft bao. The bun cha co ba was SO flavorful and a generous portion - I have lunch for today! There are so many other dishes on the menu that I want to try. Everything looks and sounds amazing!! Well done!!!

A hidden gem in Regina! Must try!!! I think this is the best Vietnamese food I've ever tasted! We went for lunch and the owner was very patient on serving us and helping us on deciding our orders. The food came out amazingly delicious, and each dishes has its own unique taste. I was so amazed how she could prepare the food without a long wait and they all came out heavenly tasty! Before leaving, she was so generous on treating us coconut jelly as complimentary dessert. Of course, it's delicious no doubt. I would highly recommended to drop by Co Ba Bistro.

A true GEM in Regina. Go support this place! Fresh rolls - packed with beautiful fresh veggies, mounds of chicken and just the perfect amount of noodles to not overpower the wonderful flavors. Pork Boa- were GIANT, soft, pillowy buns packed with mango, meat and aromatic veg. Ordered the Vietnamese soup- light clear tomatoe broth with such warm flavors. By far the best Vietnamese food I have had after travelling many places. The server was the kindest lady and takes such pride in her food and culture. A must to eat at. This is now my favourite Vietnamese restaurant!!!

Awesome service, delicious food and a nice atmosphere. They went above and beyond when I called for a birthday supper reservation and surprised us with birthday decorations and they gave complimentary dessert. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place if you crave Asian food.
